"Like New" computers, monitors and printers will be exchanged or returned for refund with the original sales receipt within 14 days of purchase. A 15% Open Box fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges unless the product is defective and is exchanged for an identical product. Items which are not in "Like New" condition are not returnable. "Like New" is defined as hardware that has not been powered up for the first time (operating system & software configurations are unmodified), and in its original packaging (packaging must be in good condition). Special orders and custom configurations are not returnable.
Defective software may be exchanged for an identical product within 30 days. Opened software is not returnable unless Bobcat Depot is able to verify that the software has not been registered and/or installed.
Technology Accessories and other items
Tech accessories other than computers, iPods, iPads, monitors, and printers may be exchanged or returned for 100% refund with original sales receipt within 30 days of purchase, if the item is in "Like New" condition. If the item is not in "Like New" condition, the item is not returnable unless it is determined to be resalable, in the judgment of the Retail Manager. "Like New" condition for accessories is defined as the complete product in its original condition with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. Any such returns that are not "Like New" will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
NO RETURNS on open MacBook, MacBook Pro or MacBook Air Chargers.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that they have the correct charger for their device. Bobcat Depot sales staff are here to assist, but it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to verify they are purchasing the correct power adapter. We will process returns if the power adapter is unopened (i.e. the cellophane wrap is not torn or opened)
NO RETURNS on open headphones, earbuds, or airpods.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that they have the correct accessory. We will process returns if the package/box is unopened.
Special Orders and Clearance Items
Special buy, custom orders, shipping charges or clearance items are non-refundable.

Apparel / Gift Items
All appropriate tags must be attached or on hand to exchange the original items purchased. Refunds will be issued for damaged or unsatisfactory merchandise with receipt, within 30 days of purchase. Items returned without a receipt can be exchanged for any item of equal or lesser value (or the difference can be paid on a higher priced item). Items sold at a sale price must be accompanied by a receipt for exchanges or refunds.
Refunds are based on the original method of payment. Refunds that were originally paid with OU Credit Union check or money orders can take up to 2-3 weeks.
If an online order is returned, we will issue a credit for the merchandise only; shipping charges are not refunded.
