IMPORTANT NOTE: The Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine requires laptop computers as a part of a student’s medical education. Students have classroom activities, lab assignments, and exams where a laptop is required. The complete list of computer requirements for students entering the academic year 2026-2027 (class of 2030) are listed at: Osteopatic Computer Requirements. We strongly recommend Windows-based systems due to compatibility with examination software. If a Mac laptop is purchased, our support may be limited to wireless connectivity. The Heritage College strongly recommends the laptops offered by Bobcat Depot, due to service availability and warranty coverage.
