Computers or iPads

Computers and iPads can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase as long as there is no physical damage to the device. Our in-store techs will look over the device prior to the return to verify no damage. If the box is ripped, torn or no longer usable for resale or the cellophane wrap is removed from an Apple item, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied to the return. If it is determined there is any damage to the device, the return will not be approved.

*** Please Note: All Computer and iPad returns must be approved by a manager. To ensure that we are able to process your Computer or iPad return please bring it back to Bobcat Depot during the hours of 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday.***

Tech Accessories

If unopened can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. If the box is ripped or cellophane wrap removed there will be a 15% restocking fee applied to the return (this includes computer power adapters).

*** Exception: NO returns on open headphones or earplugs do to sanitary reasons! ***

Apparel/Gifts

All apparel and gift purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they have the tags and receipt.
