If you are in Athens, please stop by Bobcat Depot in person to turn in damaged card, pay for and pick-up new ID card while you wait.
For online students or students not residing on the Athens campus. Include PID, name, date of birth, and mailing address in the "special instructions" section when checking out.
You MUST send in your damaged ID before you are able to receive a new one.
